Certification of Funds Letter Notification

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Rate Analysis Department is aware that Quarterly Certification of Funds letters were mailed to school districts at the beginning of April. HHSC understands that schools are not able to access these letters or respond, due to COVID-19.  HHSC is currently working on a solution to this issue and will release further guidance soon.

The ONWARD system allows access to District quarter ending April 2020 Certification of Funds Summary Reports.  ONWARD reports are ‘always on’ which grants ONWARD clients access to live metrics and data at any time.  Simply login to your Admin account and visit Reports.  There you can locate the report and information you are searching for.  If you have any questions, please contact your ONWARD Account Manager directly or you can reach out to the ONWARD Support Team at support@onwardlearning.com To reach out to the HHSC SHARS Rate Analysts team you can email them at RA_SHARS@hhsc.state.tx.us.
