MAC Financial Training sessions for federal fiscal year 2022 are now available to register:

- Scroll down to the “Register for training” section
- Under FFY 2022, click the Training dropdown menu
- Click the link for your desired training date to open the GoToWebinar registration page
- Complete the information on that page to register via GoToWebinar
IMPORTANT: MAC Financial Contacts are required to participate in MAC Financial Training for every federal fiscal year in order to submit MAC claims for that year. Fairbanks access is limited to “view only” until all training requirements have been met. Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) strongly recommends that each MAC participating entity have at least two trained MAC Financial Contacts each year to help prevent problems that could occur due to employee turnover.
Please note that all participating entities must have a trained MAC Financial Contact who is an employee of the entity, for every federal fiscal year. A vendor may not be used to complete a financial submission unless an entity employee also has MAC Financial training credit for that year.
Please note MAC Overview trainings may be presented at other related training sessions. However, the MAC Overview and Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) trainings do not meet the MAC Financial Training requirement. MAC Financial Training is provided at no charge by the HHSC Provider Finance Department.
