RMTS Participant List

The deadline to update your district’s October – December 2021 RMTS participant list is September 15, 2021.

As a Program Contact, verify the PL contains ONLY those providers who qualify for SHARS and/or MAC services according to HHSC state regulations.  Remove any provider(s) who is no longer employed or contracted with the district or hold positions within the district that are not SHARS or MAC eligible.  Also, verify the PL only has vacant positions for which the district intends to hire within the next 3 months.  Be sure the PL has the correct spelling of each name, job category, email and credentials within the listed position.

MAC Financial Reports

The January-March 2021 MAC financial reports are due for certification September 17, 2021.

HHSC is developing a series of webinars about the SHARS Handbook to be published in the Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual (TMPPM) on November 1, 2021.
