IMPORTANT SHARS ANNOUNCEMENT!

The public comments for the SHARS policy are under review with responses to be posted by 9/1/2021.

The proposed changes to the TMPPM will be implemented 10/1/2021. We anticipate posting several provider notifications to the TMHP website no later than 8/13/2021 (45 days prior to 10/1 implementation) reflecting upcoming changes to the Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership Manual.

ONWARD will keep a close watch on the release of the new changes as our SHARS training sessions will contain the newly updated changes.  The new policy requirements will go into effect October 1, 2021 as released by Health and Human Services.  ONWARD will release updated training manuals and guides containing these new changes as well.
